Separate agreement
An engagement requires a separate agreement covering scope, client inputs, price, timing and delivery criteria. Source code, usage rights, existing components and third-party licences are addressed explicitly. Hosting, maintenance, support and further development require their own agreed scope.
Examples and our own products
Research case studies and method examples are labeled accordingly. A research case does not promise coverage of arbitrary situations. A fictional example is not a delivered client project. Our own products each have a separate scope.
